75 HARD - Powerlifting Focus

Weekly progression and recovery  Progressive overload: add small weight or extra rep each week on main lifts when technique is solid. Deload or reduce volume if you feel excessive fatigue; prioritize sleep, hydration, and nutrition. If one of the two daily sessions must be shorter, keep the 45-min second session as the walk/mobility (75 HARD requires two workouts; one must be outside). Replace any exercise with a suitable alternative for equipment or injury considerations.

Tri-Lift 75: Heavy, Accessory, Active Recovery

This program will help you to build strength and add muscle mass (don't worry gals, you won't get "bulky"). You will be doing 3 upper body workouts, and 2 lower body workouts per week.
